I really enjoy every experience I've had in this store. Nick and his ladies always make my visit plesent. Extremely helpful on last minute notice, fixing jewelry for my Mom,she was very grateful. Customer service is always A+ with a smile.

Promised a free warranty with purchase for an engagement ring, in weeks ring started losing diamonds little by little, 2 months later the big diamond fixture completely fell off by itself, they refuse to repair claim that the ring was discontinued so the company that warranties it can't repair and they can get a new piece for a cost to me of 350-700.00! Big Scam! Do not purchase from here! RUN!
