Dr. Dissanayake is board-certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Witwatersrand, and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Einstein Medical Center. She completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Dissanayake has extensive research experience and completed training in the ABIM Clinical Investigator Pathway.
