needs staff overhaul

my son was a patient in the pediatric group. the dentists and assistants are very friendly and great with children. BUT reception staff is awful. of the 3 visits to this office, twice after waiting an hour, i had to speak with an office manager to have my son seen. on the third and final visit, i only had to wait 45 minutes to have him seen (haha). after the dentist saw my son, i was directed to a desk to make a follow up appointment. i went up to the desk, greeted the woman behind the desk and asked to make an appointment and was told rather rudely "I'm busy, you're gonna have to wait!!". No, I did not wait, I promptly exited the office and called later to make the follow up appointment, which could not be scheduled for 3 months!!! so I quickly found a new dentist (who can take him in 2 weeks) and now these people are telling me it takes 3 weeks to get his records together so I can take them to the new dentist. are they for real?? talk about complete stupidity!!!!!

THE OFFICE STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN HOW NOT TO OVERBOOK APPOINTMENTS AND SPEAK TO THEIR PATIENTS IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER. IT IS A SHAME THAT GOOD DENTISTS ARE LOSING PATIENTS BECAUSE OF THEIR HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!!
