I use red lion DD appr 4 times a week. The am drive through staff are the reason I keep coming back, especially Sana, very friendly and always with a smile. Only negative, that some employees use hand lotion with strong smell, and that smell stays on coffee lid. I tried telling the owner, but he became very defensive and refused to even listen.
Will keep coming back because of drive through staff who do their best to accommodate the customers, and what’s most important, rarely make mistakes in orders, and when they do, quickly fix it with apologies

I far prefer the Dunkin Donuts at Bustleton and Haldeman Avenues. This 842 Red Lion Road location sells stale donuts and rotting, expired meat in its sandwiches. Once I even found rat turds in a donut! Avoid this slime pit if you value your health and taste buds.
