DO NOT PARK AT EZ PARK! There’s a good chance that YOUR CAR WILL BE BROKEN INTO AND THEY DON’T CARE!

I parked at the E-Z Park lot this past weekend and the window in my car was smashed and the contents trashed. The parking lot attendant was of no help when I discovered the damage. He refused to call the police for me when asked. He would not even give me the phone number for the police department so I had to call 911.

The attendant offered no assistance to help clean the glass out of my car or even where to find a store to purchase cardboard and tape so that I could cover the window to drive back to Connecticut with my wife and child. When asked the attendant if the owners of E-Z Park were the correct ones to call to lodge a complaint about the break-in, he said they don’t care because it happens all the time.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE B.S. ON THE E-Z PARK WEB SITE. They have no regard for their customers other than taking their money.
