Our work ordered sandwiches every week. Big orders. On New Year's Eve my friend ordered three extra sandwiches to take home. When she got home, she found out one sandwich was not there. She called them after the holiday and they didn't believe her. We were appalled. I called and spoke to a woman who said Mr. Fink would be furious when he found this out and he would call. He never called. In March I wrote a letter, never heard back. I send another letter to both places two weeks ago and am still waiting to hear from them. We have boycotted this place. Even though the sandwiches were wonderful, the customer service was just terrible. My friend didn't want anything free, she just wanted the sandwich she paid for. Boo to Finks
