I went to tight the screws of my eye glasses, they offered do it for free and I really appreciated that. However, they seemed to tightened them too much and it created a scratch on the crystals in a $1000 value glasses. I talked with the manager and he was unresponsive, he said he was my fault because I didn't asses the risk of doing that and he didn't care of my problem.

They don't know what they do, and offered a service that afterwards they didn't want to be accountable for. The problem I had was so easy to solve and now I have a big problem because I will be without glasses for some days added to the cost I'll have. The manager response doesn't deserve more comments more than he didn't seem to be very well educated, he should learn something about customer service. I don't recommend this store.
