Provided by YP.comDO NOT RENT HERE. The landscaping is beautiful but that’s the ONLY upside. They nickle and dime for EVERYTHING upon vacating. They say you can hang pictures but then charge you to repaint! If you want to throw away money this place is for you. Otherwise look elsewhere. Park place one is beautiful and much better run

Provided by YP.comForest Station Apartments fooled me with their green grass and beautiful trees. My worst experience was the ability to hear the residents above and below me conversations and sexual activity very CLEAR. It made me wonder if they could hear my private conversations. Oh! and management is HORRIBLE!
