Joan was extremely disrespectful. After a terrible tragedy I had to call and cancel my order (two months in advance) although I gave double the deposit I was told I wouldn't re receive any of it back because of short notice. Joan yelled at me and told me "I can see why he's not warring you" accused me of yelling when in actuality I was sobbing due to the loss of my future husband. I will give negative reviews for this florist anywhere I possibly can. In hopes that it will stop someone from dealing with the terror I had to deal with. Shame on these women for being evil during someones loss
