Horrible , . Maria illegally locked me out my apartment where I always paid rent on time . She lied about damages in the apartment and trying to keep my security deposit AND LAST MONTHS RENT . Never did a walk through checklist of the damages , never contacted me about changing locks . And their was NEVER a eviction notice . Will be taking Genesis Real estate to court this month ! Not WORTH IT ! And they trashed my belongings

Do not Rent from them. They are a scam agency. Predatory practices. If you're late on your rent just five days they are in court evicting you. They represent slumlords.. BEWARE. . THEY WILL SCAM YOU outta you're Security Deposit. They are Not a Respectable Business! STAY FAR AWAY FROM TKS COMPANY!
