We were second-hand damage from a house fire next door. We worked with Phoenix Public Adjusters who in turn used Guardian Restoration. They were at my house within an hour to put tarp up and they worked until 1:30 in the morning. When they returned to my house for any reason, always by appointment, they always came in and introduced themselves and explained to me why they were there. They were always very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever needed their services again I will definitely be calling them!

I had a fire at my house 3 months ago and guardian restoration showed up. They approached me offering service to board up my house. I insisted on calling my insurance company,which I did and they said they would send out their own board up company . Shawn from Guardian asked if he could wait across the street in case the board up company didn't come (which they never did). Two hours later I ask guardian if they could assist me. They assured me there would be no out of pocket cost for me (and there wasn't). They walked me through the process from beginning til the end and I was back in my house sooner than I expected. Thanks again Guardian!

I just would like to thank Guardian Restoration for their help. I had a fire in my home 2 months ago I was devastated. I had no where to go they recommend an adjuster from A plus public Adjusters and they help me with a place to stay. Guardian did a great job restoring my home and A plus got me more money then I would of thought I was entilted to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Joseph d. Washington.
