Provided by YPmobileI came there to get the city lights package. They said it would cost 97. So I wanted carmel highlights, and I have really dark hair so I wanted to lighten it up. At the end the highlights were super thin you couldn't even see them and the were chocolate brown, you can only see the highlights under a light. And on top on that she charged me a extra 20 because it was "additional color" wth? They were brown highlights!!!!! So I wasted 130$ on something I didn't see. Horrible.
