I wish I could give them less than one star. A horrible company. They came to my home to clean my dryer vent. Afterwards, my dryer no longer dried. Called them back. They came out again, looked and said it was fine. Since then, my dryer has not worked so I believed it must be the dryer. Purchased a new dryer and the man who tried to install it said my ventilation was completely disconnected so my new dryer will not work either. The company said they will NOT come back out to repair the simple connection issue that they caused. They will NOT allow me to speak to a manager and said my cleaning was not "under warrantee" and that they did not come out to do the initial repair. What does that even mean? There was no initial repair. It was a cleaning. They caused the need for a repair. They are very rude as well. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.

I am pleased with duct cleaning services provided to me by Healthy Air Solutions. They came to my dental office right on scheduled time which is important for my business. Andy and John were professional and clean. They provided me with free inspection of heating and a/c system, and cleaned my blowers and cooling coils with disinfectant. Im glad that I chose the right people for the job. Good Luck Guys!!!

I had them couple days ago because smelled something from a chimney. It wasn't something like a soot smell... it was more like something died inside. When the tech came, he got 6 or 7 squirrels out there! I also had a chimney cap installed to prevent any more going inside. Good job, thanx

I totally forgot about the dryer vent and chimney inspection report that was due my my condo association today. So I called Healthy Air Solution to see if they can send a tech over. The representative on the phone showed a great support and he was able to schedule the appointment for me the same day! And that was without any extra fees for emergency service. The technician who came to my house in about 3 hours was professional and honestly informed me that my chimney was clean and dryer vent needed some light maintenance cleaning. The bill for their service was surprisingly low and affordable. I will definitely use this provider in future! thank you for great work!

Buyer Beware!My wife contacted these guys based on a ValPak coupon. At no point was she told that the company does not offer free estimates.The service person came out and proceeded to nearly triple the coupon cost. When my 8-month pregnant wife told him that she didn't want the service if it cost that much he got very belligerent with her and made her feel unsafe. He would not leave until she threatened to call the police!When I contacted the company after the fact to complain. I was informed that they didn't offer free estimates. No effort was made to address my concerns about their representative and his lack of professionalism. Clearly this ultra high pressure tactic is their typical mode of operation.Check the BBB report.
