Awful experience every time. Whether it's sitting in the office for an hour before being seen (even if on time or early for appointment) or calling and waiting on hold for 45 minutes on average. Awful every time.



Now we need a referral for blood work (requested by a doctor we went to on their referral), but these crooks are making us waste more time and money and insisting on another well visit. Even tho they just sent us to the specialist.



Couldn't be more dissatisfied.
