Really like my new couch and loveseat. wonderful experience, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales, felt as if I was discussing furniture with a friend. I highly recommend Home Gallery Furniture.

Customer service is terrible. They did not deliver my frame with my mattress and when i alerted them, they refused to deilver it because they arent due to come back to West Philadelphia anytime soon!!!!! I am being told to either pick it up myself or return to store to get my $ back. Either way i have to travel!!!!!! I am not being reimbursed for any of my delivery charges either!!!!! Go someplace else!!
