Terrible Internet service. It's not working FAR too often for a college student who needs to be doing homework. And having to pay for it is even worse.

worst service I have ever encountered. both the customer service and the internet.

Hotwire is finally a decent ISP. They had a few bumps in the road in the past and seems now they actually do what they say, when they say it. Had interruptions in the past on a daily basis but seems that they solved the problem and haven't had one in a while. Not as fast as it could be but I know my whole building is sharing the one connection so dl speeds may be slow during peak hours. If your building is planning on getting hotwire, tell them to get the fastest package available in your area.
