is YOGA Studio was inspired by students and teachers on the path of yoking in self-study.  Our teachers are devout students in practices of yoga and life whose focus in in supporting healthy alignment, ease and enjoyment of the practices.  Our teachers study Iyengar or Anusara principles of alignment and weave their embodiment into flow classes.

The atmosphere at is YOGA Studio is warm and cozy while we move our bodies and laugh among friends.  We offer classes at various levels and styles.  Is YOGA is a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering 200, 300 and 500 hour Teacher Trainings, workshops and yoga retreats
