I went to this jewelry store to get the hook clip fixed on my earring and the next day when I went to wear them I found that the clasp part that the bar hook locks into was broken off; so I went back up there the very next day and complained to them that while they were fixing the hook they broke the clasp and that I know this because there was evidence that the clasp had been sautered. Of course they denied any wrong doing even though they were the last to handle my earring. They had already charged me $15 for the hook to be fixed and wanted to charge me $10 to fixed the clasp that they had broken and tried to fix it unsuccessfully. If you live in philly I would strongly suggest that you not give them any business as a result of their poor customer service and lack of honesty. I 'm in the mist of suing them and will be picketing in front of their store to convince other customers to take their business else where ...... very unhappy customer from philly.
