This place is sooooo dirty when they cut the grass they cut the trash they use Section-8 here as well I found that out after I moved in. Here is a list of my experience

1. People arguing at night

2.My neighbor smoking weed in my non smoking building

3.Trash on the lawn area

4. Southwest Philadelphia location

5. Parking on the street

6. not well lit it's very dark at night

7.Snow removal is limited to the sidewalk

8. Gym hours are done at 5pm

9. no pool

10. the rent is too much for location
