At one point, this company was solid, but as of recently, they have completely fallen off!! They offer no proofs (unless you pay for it), which makes sense now since the first print was completely screwed up and they didn't want to scare you away with their poor quality of printing. I sent my images ahead of time and verified they would print properly, however, when i went to pick up my cards (which i ordered rush delivery), they were not centered, front or back. The rounded edges looked as if someone used scissors and manually cut a few of them. The colors looked old and warn out.

They are currently in reprint and i was told i would get complementary shipping for the mistake. However, promised shipping is set at 10 business days from the original order date. I ordered them rush for a reason, which obviously fell through. I had to fight to get a refund for the rush, which only was returned as store credit (MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER BE USED SINCE I REFUSE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN).

Do not use this company, they are slow to respond to any questions regarding your order, make a poor product and only offer store credit instead of a refund when you decide to void your order because it's incorrect before you can print it.

I spoke with numerous people at the organization about printing business cards. I chose them solely because they were cheap - BIG mistake. They claimed my images i uploaded was not correct. Since you have to pay first before you upload images once i realized i couldn't get my artwork to spec I had already paid any they would NOT REFUND my money. They offered me store credit but I have seen many of their samples and it's not worth it.

For a few extra bucks you can deal with a real company with better policies and a better product such as - Marathon printing who care about their customers and their products. I called them and they walked me through the process easily fixed my artwork that m3printing could not and gave me a great product. It was only $7.50 more.

Talk to Mike Amann. He is the general manager over there and always takes care of me. I cant imagine using anyone else but M3 printing. Their standard turnaround time is 2 days. Those other people are 14 days, not to mention the quality of M3 surpasses any other company I can think of.

Lucky for me M3printing offers same day service ( they call it sonic printing ). I was able to get 5000 flyers the same day I placed my order. Mike Amann helped me place my order online and he has been super helpful throughout the entire ordering process. If you ever need printing done I definitely suggest you use M3 Printing.
