Founded in 1969, Martin Luther King High School is located in Philadelphia. The school provides educational services to more than 1,600 students in grades 9 through 12. Its general academic curriculum includes English, math, physics, chemistry, biology, economics and history. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as art, music, creative writing, and technical, health and physical education. Martin Luther King High School also conducts classes in engineering, environmental science and multicultural literature.
