Provided by YP.comThis is a family run plumbing and heating service. I have received excellent service from Matt and Joan Mazza and Matt Jr and Eddie, their sons, for over 25 years. I recommend Mazza Plumbing to my real estate clients often and with excellent results.

Provided by YP.comThe work on my leaky faucet performed was good, however the unprofessional behavior of the person led me to rate this company poorly. I gave my landlord times that I would be available and was told that the plumber would call to make an appointment within those times. I did not receive any call until 1/2 hr before they wanted to come over. They left a message, but my phone was off since it was morning and I was getting ready to leave my home. As I was stepping into my shower I heard a knock on the door. I hurried to answer the door with my robe on. I looked outside first and saw an unmarked dark colored van. The gentleman (and I use that term loosely) at the door said that he was the plumber. I said 'oh I'm sorry I wasn't ready for you because no one had made an appointment with me', to which he responded, 'well we've been trying to call you all morning'. It was 9:30. They only had left one message at 8:59. I again tried to be polite and said that I was sorry and could he give me 10 - 20 minutes just to get dressed and ready for him. I wanted to also call my landlord to confirm who he was as well, a girl alone in her apartment can never be too careful. He grumbled saying that he would have to check with his office. That was when I got angry. I told him that I was sorry but I was naked and needed to cloth myself before I felt comfortable with him coming in my home! He waited in his van. I confirmed with my landlord who he was and was informed that they had called her as well this morning. When I tried to get his attention from the driveway he ignored me. It wasn't until I physically tapped on the glass of the window that he acknowledged my existence. He continued the visit with a very poor attitude. My faucet no longer leaks, but his drippy attitude has stuck with me.
