They got my refrigerator working again when a fan went out. But then I agreed to order replacement gaskets from them because the repair person told me they really needed to be installed by a professional. Big mistake! I took his word, but shouldn't have. They came out with overpriced gaskets -- more than twice what they would have cost if I ordered online -- and then charged me $150 to install them by stretching them around the door. 15 minutes! Owner never returned my call. I will not use this company again.
