I am totally regretting changing my phone service from AT&T to this mess of a company. You can't reach anyone in the USA on the customer service line and if they have to go off script in english they can't hold a conversation with you. Because someone in whatever 3rd world call center didn't file the proper paper work I have now been without a home phone for a week!! The only people that have been able to help me somewhat are the install subcontractors, but they can't even reach someone in the USA on the phone. I have someone coming back for the third time tomorrow to see if my phone has ported yet. No wonder they are not a member of the BBB, they might have to actually provide customer service!!!!

They are billing me for equipment I never got, and the first time they promised to remove the charges. They never did. The second time, they told me they would review it in 4-6 weeks, but keep removing money from my checking account.

this is the worst company i have ever delt with. have been trying to get cable and internet repaired for 11 days and no one will show up for scheduled appointments.
