Dress Nazi! Rude! The owner, Maria, doesn't understand the simple concept of customer service. I asked if a particular alteration could be made, she replied she wouldn't do it. When I reminded her that it was my wedding dress and not hers, she walked away from me. She replied she was only giving me her opinion after I asked her. I tried to point out to her that the only opinion she should give is whether or not something COULD be done - not whether it SHOULD be done. Big difference. I went to the store the next day to get my dress and cancel my appointment. She asked why. I told her she was rude and I didn't want to do business with her anymore. She argued with me again (she thought I was rude to her) and screamed at me as I walked out the door. She is overly opinionated, argumentative and rude. I had to remind her that I spent hundreds of dollars in her store and deserved better treatment. She told me not to tell her how to run her business! Shop there at your own risk.

Where do I begin? I have lived in philly for many years. I went into mias to try on dress that was in window. I'm on a budget due to having surgery, but wanted to impress this New Year's Eve and this dress would have been perfect. Of course, small selection didn't yield my size. Maria of Mias then persisted to sell me something which she did. I asked bout returns, Maria said I could get store credit. Fine. I go home n tried outfit on again n just felt uncomfortable, looked great, just not comfortable. I figured if it wasnt comfortable I probably would never wear the outfit I purchased for 190.00 plus tax. I decided to return it n purchase something I would wear with the store credit. Maria informed me that she was sorry she couldn't give a refund because it smelled like smoke. I informed her that I did smoke in my car on the way there. She then proceeded to have everyone in store smell the outfit and refused to do anything. I would have paid to have outfit freshed up or dry cleaned yet that was never an option. I would not recommended this store to my worse enemy. I love social media and have a very large extended family. You can thank me for allowing your business being on the BBB beware list and I thank you for nothing Mia!!!! Whose phony and fake the kind of boutique I hate!!!!

My daughter needed a one of a kind prom gown that would make the other girls fade in comparison. We found that gown at Mia's. My entire experience from start to finish was awesome!

This woman's boutique belongs on Rodeo Drive. The store is magnificent, and the staff is knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly. You won't find clothes like this anywhere else in the city. All top name brands are purchased by the owner from the dealer themselves in New York. If you want to dress to impress, stop by Mia's. It will be a favorite of yours.
