They are NEVER even close to on time. 2 or 3 well mannered/ considerate drivers but the dispatch team is off his & her rocker..
No loyalty, ONLY worried about chasing the bigger fish or showing favoritism. Not cool and I'm currently looking for a replacement company.

A COMPLETE LET DOWN! I called this morning for a cab. Other companies gave me an ETD of 45 to 60 minutes. This company gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called to check on my ride, and they say, you're next to be picked up. Another 40 minutes go by, I call again and the dispatcher explains that other callers are closer, so I have to understand. He assures me that the taxi will be there in 10 minutes. Needless to say they never showed. I was more than an hour late for work. I downloaded the Uber app, and a well-dressed man picked me and my children up. He even had a booster seat for my three year old. I won't ever call this company again. Don't let them waste your time.

It's the best sedan service company I've ever used i have been using this company for 9 years now every day and they always on time and their rates are cheaper than the other company's . I love their brand new cars and friendly drivers

Called for a cab and it never came never even got a call tht they weren't coming I was left stranded and will never call this cab service ever again
