There is very good cause that Neil E. Jokelson had been bestowed such an apropos surname, for he is truly exemplary of a "joke" as it pertains to the practice of law, as well as the time-honored cliche '...is lawyer a derivative of liar'. Do NOT let that Harvard Law diploma hanging on the wall in his office fool you for a second - I believe it may be counterfeit.
