RUN AWAY BRAIDING TORTURE!!!

This was by far the most horrible experience ever. I endured 15 hours of torture service and braiding. I write reviews good and bad and was hoping to write a good review being that there were very few. Any how a friend recommended this place to me I went on a Friday morning and was the first client. Over the phone the owner was nice and polite she quoted me a price and I advised her the time I would be in. When i walked in I was advised another price and questioned it she called the owner and gave me an excuse. i should have left then but it wasn't a big difference. I asked for small box braids the first stylist did what i asked but i noticed after hour 6 she was not half way done my head. As the day progressed other stylists came in with toddlers. They ran allover the store screaming, crying, climbing and touching the customers and their things. The stylists just screamed at them throughout the day. Children spilled juice on me while braiding and none of the stylists handed me anything to clean it up.The owner Neima came in and proceeded to finish my hair. She never said hello or asked what I wanted . She proceeded to do micros when i informed her to please braid bigger she said no problem. She never changed and began to use a double prong clip to part my hair. STICKING ME SEVERAL TIMES By 11 pm I spoke up again several times I explained I was here since 9 am she said you have alot of hair. I pleaded for her to braid bigger again no problem. There were 4 other customers and we all were there over 12 hours. everyone with bob cut hair or a little shorter. I was the last one by midnight the baby (yes still there) had a screaming episode but they never checked on her in the dark room. I stopped her from braiding and gathered my things . I couldn't take it anymore I ended up leaving unfinished while the workers laughed. It took everything not to curse the owner said thank you. STAY AWAY THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE!
