I am not lying when I say that Sunflower Beauty Studio (New Leis) is the WORST place to get anything done, particularly a Japanese Hair Straightening Perm. It was my first ever going to Sunflower as well as getting my hair professional straightened. My hair is NOT straight. It looks like atrocious : poofy, frizzy, and dry. The ends of my hair are completely burnt and now I have to go spend MORE money to cut it off. I complained but the owner of Sunflower refused to acknowledge their mistake and give me a refund despite CLEAR evidence that my hair was utterly damaged. Please heed my warning when I tell you NOT to go here. They are a bunch of old, Asian women who don’t know what they are doing & don't care about their customers. Tell your friends about how HORRIBLE this place is, too, because Sunflower needs to close down for their lack of regard for anything but money.
