Ms Nicole is the best ! Very well artivulated and full of knowledge in her field. The staff is a great representation of her, except one member who was previously terminated for inappropriate behavior (the one who the prior commentors may have encountered) She does not keep the children in a small basement they have adequate enough room and they also have plenty of play space . Only problem is that the children never want to leave !

Just don't like it. They use their house and they rent out a basement down the street which is just one room the actual size of an basement. I would not refer anyone there and sometimes they got attitudes...

Not even worth the 1 star we use comfort zone. She NEVER takes a day off, SNOW. Rain , Tornado ms cathy will help. Also she IS located in NE PHILLY not "GERMANTOWN"
