Kim Avant of Opportunity Towers seems to lack many qualities as an Assistant Manager. She is unwilling to help, does not work promptly to meet the resident's needs in a timely manner. More importantly, she is short-tempered, loses her composure, lacks professionalism, and is open to confrontations. It seriously doubts me to think if she has been properly trained, especially to work in a senior friendly facility.
