We parked our rental car in the Penn Warwick Garage on 1710 Chancellor Str. while visiting my daughter-in-law in the evening of 05/14/16 . Everything looked okay, we got our car from the valet back ,paid $ 24 for their service, returned to hotel and then discovered that the husband's new jacket from the trunk after parking has disappeared. Be aware, do not leave good things in your car !

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL PARK YOUR CAR IN AN UNAUTHORIZED SPOT, GET YOU A TICKET, TRY TO HIDE IT AND REFUSE TO PAY IT!!

Park America located at 1710 Chancellor St, Philadelphia, PA, 19103 parked my GX460 White Lexus outside of your designated valet zone which caused me to incur a $101 ticket due to your company’s blatant negligence.



When the employee retrieved my car he blatantly removed the ticket from the windshield wiper and tried to hide it inside my hood. I did not notice the ticket until the next day when I was cleaning my car. Had I not noticed the hidden ticket this incident could have caused me additional fines and fees and perhaps the towing of my car due to this non paid ticket!



Spoke to Walter Borkowski the manager who was rude, refused to pay ticket and told me to take them to court!!!!
