I lived in Park Circle Apartments for 3 years. It was a great 3 years for me. The location is great, I was able to walk to just about everything I needed-groceries, liquor store, wawa, rite-aid and if it wasn't within walking distance it was a short ride down the Roosevelt Blvd. All my neighbors were super friendly. Parking is off street and there are always plenty of spots. The apartment I moved into was spotless when I moved in and all the appliances were brand new. The kitchen and bathroom were both stylishly updated. Plenty of closet space. Despite being right on a busy road it was fairly quite. Also safe because its right in front of a hospital and right next door to the fire department and retirement community. The landlord there is fantastic and will fix anything that needs fixing. Property management group is great and friendly also. I would recommend this place to anyone!
