This company isn't even worthy of 1 star. Their customer service is abysmal. I parked for the day at their location on 1850 Cuthbert. When I came to pick up my car there was a huge gash in the front corner bumper in which the paint was completely chipped off. This damage was not there when I brought the car in. The attendants immidiately jumped to the defensive and claimed they did not do it. I wouldn't expect them to just admit to it so I filled out the accident report and brought it into the corporate office. In the rudest ways they tried to brush me away and claimed that I caused the damage and that I targetted their garage as a scam. I intend to pursue this as long as I can until they accept responsibility.
