On Monday August 25, 2008 I took a very expensive silk blouse to be dry cleaned at Payless cleaners at 330 Oregon Ave. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, August 27, 2008. When I went to pick up my blouse, they were unable to find it. They told me to come back the next day. That night at 6:37 P.M. I received a call from Payless telling me that they found my blouse. I was glad and said I would be there the next day to pick it up. When I returned to pick up my blouse, I was told that someone already picked it up. I still had the ticket. No one picked it up, they lost my clothing. they are refusing to repay me for the blouse and even for the cleaning. I have no recourse but to sue them which I am going to do.
