Rude incompetant staff



Firstly, they have a lack of familiarity with the flower arrangements on their own website. I let them know I would like the celestial purple arrangement. They never heard of it. Then they go to look it up, and they can't find it. They asked me to read the description to them.



Secondly, they are so busy with more important orders that they are rude. There was a list of 7 or so flowers. I started reading down the list and I am constantly interrupted by the lady who asked me to read her the list. She obviously doesn't want to hear what is in this arrangement even though she asked me to tell her. Before getting to item 3, she put someone else on the phone. Who I try to explain the situation to. However, she was in such a hurry she just says that they are not doing my arrangement today since they have 3 weddings to do and hangs up.



I went to NE Flower Botique and they were able to do one of the arrangements from their website for me without any problem.
