I have taken for years both of my cars to the Puyallup Pep Boys because they were always friendly and attentive. One of the cars is a Chrysler 1998 that needs an oil gasket to be replaced because it leaks oil. The car has been there many times with the same problem. The car is still there after 2 weeks. No oil gasket has been replaced because even though a lot of repairs have been done to it regarding the oil problem, they just simply did not replace the oil gasket since the very beginning. I spoke to Alex the store manager and I asked him for help. All I am asking is that the oil gasket be replaced. I am a senior and a loyal customer of Pep Boys in Puyallup. Can you help me? I gotta say, my experience both times with these guys was really horrible which kind of surprised me especially from a chain. First time I was left hanging over a couple of tires that I question i actually needed and then it was an oil change that i knew i needed but shouldn't have taken 2.5 hours. Very ordinary.

I dropped my truck off at 10.00 They said about two hours so I called in three hours they said i was next so i called back in two hours they told me they were working on my truck right know so two hours later i stopped in two get my truck and my truck did not move from where i parked it all they had to do was inspect my truck from now on i will avoid pepboys and i will tell every one in my union not to take there company trucks to pepboys so i will call PHH and see if we can remove pepboys from the services. this is not the first time this has happened when they tell you two hours and you what eight and nothing is done . the people that work their just don't seam to care I you were smart stay away from pepboys their not very professional nor do they care
