The amount of MISTAKES this pharmacy has done to my son's regular medications and emergency medications, is absolutely dumbfounding to me. They have given the wrong size of needles stating that the they didn't have the size prescribed in stock, so the pharmacist made a "judgement call" to prescribe a different size for a child they have never met or seen. They don't auto refill like they are supposed to. When they finally fill the scripts, they wait a week or more for specialized meds with an expiration date to say the meds are ready even though he's on auto delivery. They have messed up the dispense instructions claiming that everyone makes mistakes. I'm dumbfounded by them and their service. They blame the insurance company when it's them not submitting correctly. They wait a week or more to attempt to refill meds but only if I call in. IF YOUR CHILD NEED HEALTH SUSTAINING MEDICATIONS AND LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. YOUR CHILD WILL DIE AT THEIR HANDS.
