Provided by YP.comPhiladelphia is home to the world's most crooked police officers, according to Amnesty International and other watchdog groups. Over 500 Philadelphia police officers have been convicted of crimes just since 1980. Incredibly, they are barely the tip of the police-crime iceberg - according to prosecutor Ellen Green-Ceissler's investigation - which concluded that most of Philadelphia's criminal cops are immune from being fired, much less arrested.
