Established in 1989, Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care is operated by the Philadelphia Office of Mental Retardation Services. It offers a wide range of support and treatment for people suffering from mental disorders and substance abuse problems. It provides various housing development and property management services to people with severe mental illness. Its summer camp grant program offers support recreational activities to children with a mental health issues.
