I worked at Posel Management from 1968 when we opened the Premier Theatre at Neshaminy Mall,and stayed employed by them till 2007.What a fine group of professionals.ALWAYS treating mW fairly

Do not rent from them. They will take your deposit and not give it back.



They asked me for a security deposit before they gave me the lease as a sign of good faith and to show that I was serious about renting from them. After which they told me that they would send me a lease right away. Waited for more than a week, finally got tired of waiting sent them an email saying that I no longer wanted the place (If they take that long to send me a lease, I cannot imagine how long it would take for them to do something else). Asked for my security deposit back. But, magically Sy the vice president of Posel sends me an email with the lease and telling me that they will keep my security deposit unless I sign the lease.



If you have to deal with Posel do not at any circumstances give them a deposit and even if you do give them a deposit make sure your contract is iron clad as to when they have to give the security deposit back. Otherwise, they will take it and not give it back.
