This is a terrible realty agency staffed with lazy, incompetent, and dim people from top to bottom. I wanted to purchase a house via a simple cash transaction, and between this bunch and the equally incompetent title company, they made my life a logistical nightmare for quite some time. Mere days before the closing, the unprofessional loser (who was late to the initial showing, looked like an unmade bed, and who I had to ride for any and all information on this transaction) this place threw at me finally managed to let me know that there was indeed an outstanding water bill that needed to be paid before the closing could take place - and tried to put all the blame on the equally incompetent title company, despite not doing any due diligence on his end. I had to go fix this issue myself, which I'd have done without issue IF I HAD BEEN NOTIFIED OF A PROBLEM WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, and who I had to nag, ride, and cajole to do his job from beginning to end. Unfortunately, if you want to buy a foreclosed property in Philly, this seems to be Fannie Mae's preferred bunch to deal with. If you find yourself needing to deal with this bunch of lazy, incompetent losers who can't even answer their office phone politely or promptly, just know that you will need to nag and ride any member of staff here like they're particularly dim, lazy five year olds. Otherwise, they don't care if you get screwed.
