Owned at operated by Joe Ferrero DPT, CFSC, USAW, a licensed physical therapist of 17 years, strength coach, sports performance coach and certified personal trainer, PrideFit Training is able to serve a wide range of clients and goals. PrideFit Training offers 1 on 1 speed training and sports performance training for young athletes personal training for the general population and avid gym goers as well as group training for everyone.
