Wonderful, Helpful staff. Other companies should be this helpful.

If I could give this "establishment" zero stars, I would.



1. Called them on Saturday, told that there would be a pick up THIS Saturday, and they'd call us to confirm the time, and to have the title available for them to take with them when they picked it up. Never did call us.



2. When we called THEM on that Saturday, played a game a phone tag ending with them telling us that the pick up will be on Monday, during the day, rather than today, and that we needed to fax them the title (on our dime) or e-mail it to an unconfirmed e-mail address. This was NEVER mentioned in the first contact. Request for a method of secure delivery (AKA an FTP server it could be uploaded to) had the operator snarl, "I'm only going to give you my e-mail address, honey!"



3. When told NOT to call me "honey", I was hung up on.



Rude, unprofessional, doesn't know how to return calls, changes the appointment date unilaterally, and thinks it's acceptable to use passive-aggressive "terms of endearment" in response to pointing out that they're being wholly unreasonable. Only do business if this is acceptable behavior to you.
