The customer service in this small bank is much worse than other larger banks (e.g. PNC, Wachocia, etc.). You need to be very careful when you do banking with these guys since they do not always follow the mainstream banking practice. For example, the interests are compounded at least monthly in most major banks, but in Prudential Savings Bank, your interests will never compound and you get your interests only when your Certificate of Deposits mature. Monthly compounding will get you much more interests money than no compounding.



I would not recommend this bank to anybody unless you need to buy a special bank products from these guys.
