about my landlord... CROOK Slum Lord who needs to be investigated by Jim Donovan of CBS News. Absentee landlord whose property is below livable conditions. DO NOT rent from this woman or anyone associated with her. My husband and I got married last year and were supposed to had rented a house from her. Due to the property not being in good standing, she allowed us to stay in an efficiency (of hers) just up the street from where we would've been renting. She did all this without a written lease agreement between us and herself.

Robinson Contractor, AKA Andrew Robinson, proved to be an unreliable service. Workers come and go as they please and poor customer service were just some of the problems experienced. Advise complete contract review and signature for all required work to be done.
