I went to see Ron, and was immediately greeted like I was family to him. I went in because I needed to get my battery on my watch fixed and I was also looking for a gold chain. Ron began to show me everything that he had, which was a beautiful selection, and he answered everyone of my questions. I than landed on a chain I wanted and he was extremely fair priced. He than helped me choose a pendant. He ordered me the one that I wanted and than we went over some diamonds because I was interested in an engagement ring soon. He was extremely knowledgeable,professional,personal,and honest. I have the upmost faith in him. If your into jewelery this is the ONLY place to go.

First of all, My fiance had my engagement ring re-banded here and Ron gives a fair price!! You don't have to worry about being robbed by the jeweler.

We bought our wedding bands here as well and had an amazing experience. Friendly customer service and free parking for starters. We were shown every wedding band that we could possibly be interested in, got quotes and fair suggestions. I know when I come here I am getting an honest quote and opinion! I was also able to have my engagement ring re-sized that day!

IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO SELL YOUR OLD GOLD,GO HERE! I had some old gold,broken pieces,etc. that you're looking to sell,this is a great place to go-at least go in & see what they have to say.Chances are you'll get a much more fair & higher offer than other places on jeweler's row.Most places always act like they don't want what you have,& are doing you a huge favor by giving you a lowball offer.I've done extensive research of what you should get when you sell your old gold,& realize that in many cases,you have to expect to get the melt value (especially in my case,where most of what I had was mismatched,broken,and/or outdated),plus a store has to make a profit too,so I have a good general idea of what's realistic for resale,even with the rising prices of gold.I seriously almost fell over when he gave me an offer;I'd thought if I could actually somehow find an honest jeweler,that I'd be lucky to get not even half of what they offered me.I've sold old/broken pieces before,& you can't ever act eager or like you're super happy,but really,it took everything for me to keep my cool & pretend to mull it over.I'd highly recommend this place;I wouldn't have gotten a better offer anywhere else,& if you want to avoid the whole nonsense most places on jeweler's row give you,& get a more than fair,straightforward offer,I highly recommend this place.
