I have dealt with Scott for over 20 years. Just recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral. I got an email confirmation that the arrangement had been delivered and it was beautiful. I'm their customer for life. Maryann S.

Poor customer service. I had ordered flowers for a specific date, the flowers were sent 2 days ahead of time .When I called to complain I was meant with unfulfilled promises. When I was told that another arrangement would be sent on an specific date again this was not done. When I called to remind them about the new delivery date I was brushed off and given the run around.
