We offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga classes with an emphasis on traditional teaching styles.Shanti Yoga Shala has two studios and offers simultaneous Vinyasa and Kids yoga classes so parents can drop there kids off and practice. The studio has 3 bathrooms with showers, towels and mats are also available.
