I purchased imprinted ribbon and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks at the most. After a month and half the ribbon was finally ready, except it was done completely wrong! When I approached the owner I was told "that's just the way we do it here" and after arguing was told it was be redone the way I originally ordered it. I still do not have my item and have lost my money at this point. Their telephone number is never in service and they open their doors for business whenever they feel like. I will never go back, this is the worst customer service I've experienced for something as simple as ribbon!
